When will you return?
I miss you, need you
Please don't turn away
Embrace these feelings

My arms are wide open
Fall into them, always
But your not here
No, you left long ago

Cold nights, lonely days
My heart begs for warmth
For the day you might return
Tell me it's not just a dream?

Is that your shadow along the wall?
No, just the trees on a stormy night
The times we made love, I wont forget
But have you? Do you yearn?

Does your heart ache at the sound of my name?
Does your body shiver at the memories of love?
Does your stomach flutter when you think you see me?
Do your hands beg for the touch of velvet skin?

Someday, I'll see you again
I believe this is true
I'll just hold on another day
